Office Circular according to the italian Legislative Decree 196, 30th June 2003, Article 13
“Code for the protection of personal data” ordinary data.

We are glad to inform you that the Law 196, 30th June, art.13 “Code for the protection of personal data” protects people from the violation of their personal data.
Following this law the processing of personal data is marked by correctness, transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.
Now, following this Law, we give you this information:

  1. our personal data will be used for the purposes: administrative, book-keeping, schedule-activities.
  2. The processing will be executed following the condition: mixed electronics and papery.
  3. The supplying of personal data is not compulsory but without personal data we will not execute your request.
  4. Your personal data will not be divulged.
  5. Responsible for the processing of your personal data is: Ceramiche Virginia s.r.l.- Via Virginio, 378-50025 Montespertoli FI.
  6. Responsible for your data is: Cenci Marco.
  7. Who is responsible for personal data can give this task to other people but they are under the authority of the first one.
  8. At any time you could exercise your right toward the Responsible as said in the article n 7 of the Law 196/2003 as follow.

Art. 7 Law 196, 30th June 2003- Right to the access to the personal data and other rights

    1. All concerned have the rights to obtain the confirmation of the existence of their personal data, also if these data havenét been registered jet, including its notification.
    2. All concerned have the rights to obtain the following indication:

a) the origin of their personal data;
b) the processing of their personal data;
c) the method used in the data processing through electronics devices;
d) the identification of the Responsible of the Processing and his collaborators as said in the article n 5, paragraph 2;
e) the people to whom these personal data could be notified like the designed local representative or others who are responsible for this.

    1. All concerned have the rights to obtain:

a) the revision of the data integration;
b) the cancellation, the transformation or the block of the data in case of Lawés violation, including those for which it isnét necessary the dataés preservation related to the aims of the data collecting;
c) the demonstration that the data operations as written at the point a) and b) are known by those who are responsible for the processing excepting for the situations in those this execution could be impossible for the disproportionate use of means.

    1. All concerned have the right to oppose totally or partly:

a) for proper motives about their data processing, relevant to the aims of the collection;
b) to the data processing regarding the forwarding of advertising, commercial advices or commercial researches.
